Commercial Services Group is a proud member of the following industry and trade associations.

Commercial Law League Association (CLLA)

The Commercial Law League of America is a respected organization of attorneys and other experts in credit and finance actively engaged in the field of commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency. CSG has been a member for over 20 years.

Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA)

The CCAA represents the most elite class of commercial collection agencies in the United States. CCAA members are the only group of agencies certified by the Commercial Law League of America. The Association is focused on service and protection for the commercial credit community. CCAA works to elevate the standards of the industry by providing educational, legislative, promotional and administrative services for its members. CSG is one of only 102 agencies of the approximately 6,000 agencies in the United States, which have certified by the CCAA. The certification includes but is not limited to a full on-site financial audit and review of policies and procedures by the CCAA organization.

American Collection Association (ACA)

ACA International members are focused on ethical practices and take the expectations of creditor clients and the public seriously. We take part in continuing education and utilize their resources to enhance our knowledge of the industry. CSG has been a member for over 25 years.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

CSG is an accredited member and has been for the last two years. We have always maintained the highest rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Trade Associations

CSG is affiliated with several professional trade associations and exhibits at trade shows to promote partnerships with several industries and its members.
