CSG's Insurance Collection Unit is supervised by Senior Executive Managers, Ray Bruner and Tony Schweitzer. Ray has over 40 years credit and collection experience, the last 22 have been with CSG. Tony has over 35 years credit and collection experience, the last 12 have been with CSG. The Insurance Collection Staff as a whole has an average of 10 years experience in the recovery of delinquent insurance premiums.

Specially trained in the complexities of insurance recovery, each collector is fully conversant in the language of the industry and knowledgeable in the types of policies, statutes and the relationship between carriers, brokers and agents.
