Our average collector has been on staff for approximately 10 years and has more than 15 years experience, which unlike other agencies, we have a very low turnover rate. This allows our collectors to become familiar with our clients and their files, and in turn, helps build better relationships and increase collection percentages.

CSG office open for client inspection during normal business hours

All CSG clients have the option of placing accounts via hard copy or electronic transfer. CSG is capable of handling any format provided including mainframe data, pc generated, email and FTP tapes, diskettes, or hard copy file information.

CSG provides our clients with the authority to withdraw an account, at any time, for any reason. Should payment of the account be in process, or pending, we will mutually agree on the fees that will be provided to us.
