CSG offers management consulting and will assist you by evaluating present procedures, analyzing possible problems, and offering simple, proven efficiencies.

We also provide training that is customized to a particular client's needs. We can help develop and/or enhance credit and collection systems that will accelerate cash flow, thereby elevating the knowledge of the credit professionals while implementing a program that is designed to reduce a company's investment in accounts receivable. This involves need assessment, review of proposed program with management, and post-training follow-up and review to promote adoption of procedures and policies. Typically a fee is charged for this service, but only a fraction of the cost-savings that a client will achieve as a result of the program.

Our management team has extensive business experience, especially with respect to credit and collections. Several members of our team have managed Credit & Collections departments for major corporations and have the capability of assisting you to determine whether your company is properly staffed, and have the tools and training necessary to perform the required functions in order to manage accounts receivable.
