The Front Line Team:
Commercial Services Group (CSG) has six teams working in a collaborative effort to serve the needs of our clients. The Front Line Team is composed of Collections, Sales, Client Services, Accounting, Legal and Information Technology.
Collections Team:
Our collectors have an average tenure of 10 years with CSG alone. We understand the importance of being professionally persistent in resolving accounts. With our experience in diverse commercial portfolios, we are thoroughly prepared to collect your accounts.
Sales Team:
Our sales staff works directly with each of our clients from the onset of the relationship to develop a complete and unique plan to liquidate and resolve all collection accounts.
Client Services Team:
It is what differentiates us from our competitors. Client Services consistently implements strategies specific to each requirement for administration and collection of assigned accounts. We are devoted to exceeding expectations and achieving success.
Accounting Team:
We understand that prompt turnaround is crucial to the cash flow management of your business. Our accounting team can remit to your specific requirements: dates, delivery, security, and reporting.
Legal Team:
Our in-house team of attorneys and paralegals make us unique in the industry, few agencies possess this robust resource. The legal team is available to our collections staff and clients at anytime for consultation and resolution.
Information Technology:
The Information Technology team consists of an extremely talented group of professionals well versed in our daily operations. Our team has originated and developed over 150 applications specified to our customer’s needs.
